By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Helion Network (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method.

Prices may change with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the lessons, videos, and materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish any content.

All course content, branding, and materials remain the property of Helion Network.

You agree not to share your account, scrape or download lesson videos in bulk, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

We may recommend third-party tools (such as OpenArt AI or CapCut). We are not responsible for their content, pricing, or availability. Some links may be affiliate links.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or commercial result from using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helion Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
