Account data: email address, name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.

Payment data: billing information is processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number.

Usage data: lesson progress, page views, device and browser information used to improve the product.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, manage your subscription, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with trusted processors who help us operate the Service (Supabase for backend and authentication, Stripe for payments, and analytics providers).

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used.

We retain your account data while your account is active. After deletion, we may retain limited records as required by law (e.g. tax records for billing).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact support@helion.network.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
