Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. All sales are final

All purchases and subscription payments made to Helion Network are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to unused time, change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the content.

2. Why no refunds

Helion Network provides immediate digital access to our full course library, booklet, and resources upon purchase. Because the content is delivered instantly and consumed digitally, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refund is issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry for up to 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be cancelled automatically and access will be paused until you update your payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of your account. Please reach out to support before disputing a charge — we are happy to help resolve any issue.
